Customer Service in Brunei?
I think Customer Service is very important for any organization or business that serves service to Brunei population…what I’m going to say here is based on my experience with financial institution in Brunei…I have to make some payment via this so famous bank in Brunei and the behavior of the staff really annoys me…every time I want to make the transaction the staff annoys me with a lot of question……
Yesss maybe the staff try to help me…but come on….it is my money….and what annoys me and even I can say I dislike this one staff…..She asked me a lot of question asked my job….and when I told my job ….she didn’t believe me……and look at me as if I’m the criminal…hey!!!she stubbornly refuse to process the payment…and what makes me hate this girl is the way she look at you, …I have no other option but have to make the payment through other bank…well this bank people are much better although sometimes they can be like that also….Come on Brunei, in Uk nobody will ask you so much question and irritate you regarding your money issue…after all the money belongs to you…In conclusion, this people should aware that their salary comes from the customers…if there is no customer, then the business will no longer exist due to no income….that is what the financial services or customer service should be aware….after facing a lot of problem, I decided to not using this service anymore…enough of the pain….
Honestly, if I’m going to deal with them….i feel uncomfortable because I know they will asked me toooooo much question as if I’m the criminal…as the financial/customer service, this service should make their customers happy and comfortable, addictive to their service not giving them FOBIA feeling …
Other experience?well I went to one of this CD shop in Brunei-Muara town and asked if they sell empty CD….she answers me no and make a weird look…she look at me from head to toe…Hello, you are salesgirl and suppose to give a good service…remember that okay!!
