Slimming...Try to slim down

My weight gain each year following my age...am quite worried i still remember using a pair of slimming shorts that contain infra red..Well it felt comfortable when i use it.Especially at hot country like Brunei.But after i used it for a few months,i notice that it gave a bad effect...i start to suffer gastric and sometimes i felt like i want to vomit everytime i use it.I did'nt vomit because the shorts is stink hey.....i wash it...So i think it is better for me to use  a slimming shorts which have no infra red.After searching i think Lytess Slimming Bike Short-S/M is suitable for me.It comes with 4 sizes which is S,M,L and XL.I think i better bought the XL.I can't wait to wear it and see the effects.I hope that my hips will slim down..
