Attend Kursus

Last time i attend Bengkel Kepimpinan (Leadership Course).Soon after the National Day .Actually i was replacing my friend who suppose to attend the course...it was my first time to attend the course.

I don't know what to expect from this course...i just imagine and hope all the knowledge can be use if i set up my business one day..Honestly i don't have any expectation to have a job rise from Assistant officer to Officer to Senior officer.

So i went to the Leadership course...the first day was fun...i learned a lot..and most of the officers are willing to share their experiences..We exchange ideas..and shared tips..

The second day was fun too...and we able to wrap up the things that we learned during two days course...

I learned a lot...but don't worry..i will summarize some of the things that i learn okay...will edit this post and add some info regarding leadership quality and any related information

Wash Car...Cuci Kerita ......Any Service....

I know that most people like to drive cars which is clean and shine...usually i saw most cars time "bulan tua" are so dirty,penuh habuk and rim nya pun tukar warna.....

As u know my previous entry is all about complain th memanjang....okay....let me tell u my story...experience jua....cani...few months ago...my car was sooooo dirty inside out,kn nyuci...yes i did p balik lagi kotor....so i wait for the payday so i could send my car to the carwash center somewhere in Brunei-Muara district.......Then,payday comes and i was so happy sending my car to the carwash...

I was invited, seems busy jua...and they said its okay...they give me a sit.....then this man..one of the team yg nyuci krita said"Eh durang ani,makai kerita pandai...menyuci nda pandai"...he repeatedly says that and looking at me....what does he mean with that....he makes me felt offended....if he is not willing to do the work,then QUIT...sanang....

That's what car wash is...."To help busy nation through washing their cars...bukan nda bebayar,namanya pun bisness....lau nda,nda th bejurit carwash ani dmana-mana....

After that, this man keep on mumbling...but i have this JERA feeling.rh this "PARTICULAR" car wash...... i don't want to go there...What for?I pay for his service...ia menyindir tani...That is not a good service....If they are tired,then why did'nt he rejects my car...ada somes car wash reject me earlier "Sorry dang,kami ada 1 buah lagi kan dicuci"...."Sorry dang,nda belaku..kami sibuk ni"....rather than accept my car and make me feel offended..


If aku th boss durang,i would teach my employees to respect the customers.....Kalau buleh membagi kursus informal ala-ala "TPOR"
