Again Komplen...Complain..

Hi Dina here,

Okay like last time, i just want to share some stories with all of you...my dad subscribe to Astro since few years ago...but he did not pay the monthly payment in Brunei,instead he made his payment in Miri,East Malaysia.

Some Bruneian paid in Malaysia in order to save costs, but i noticed that my dad encounter some problem...sometimes he was cheated few times...but still...my dad made the payment in Miri..

Lately, my dad encounter a problem again..through my dad experience. Then, i realise one thing...Why in other countries, when the sub-ordinate did mistake,the company did not take any initiative to CORRECT the mistakes that they did...INSTEAD the company let the CUSTOMERS SUFFERED..

I feel so pity with my dad...he just reach his retirement age and he PAID A LOT and unluckily all his payment is keyed in other people s account.

If in Brunei,it would not happened like that...if u did mistake...it will have an effect on your performance...In some cases,
your pay and your bonus will be deduct....

I don't know...what do you think people??
